We want you to be completely happy with your Bloomnest purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
